What “fixed” means:
Your approved quote includes the stated scope, labor, equipment allowance, programming, testing, and handoff. Hardware is shown at our wholesale cost plus 15%; a package allowance keeps the starting price easy to understand, and any approved allowance overage is shown before purchase. Structural construction, seating, permits, electrical work, wall repair, painting, or landscaping are included only when listed—not as surprises later.
